Meal Card: Chicken Parm Subs with Green Beans

Grab our new Chicken Parm Sub, featuring crispy air fried chicken cutlets layered with tangy marinara sauce and melty mozzarella cheese in a pillowy hoagie roll, served with a side of snappy green beans.

Meal Card: Chicken Parm Subs with Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2-4 marinara sauce cups
  • 1-2 packages breaded chicken cutlet
  • 1-2 packages shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-4 hoagie rolls
  • 1-2 packages green beans 

Directions

1) Place marinara sauce cups in a bowl of warm water to thaw (or thaw in the refrigerator if scheduling this meal). Set hoagie rolls on top of Suvie to thaw. Place the mozzarella cheese in the fridge to thaw during the cook.

2) Cut open chicken culet and arrange in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone of Suvie, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is in place underneath the air basket to catch any oil or crumbs.

3) Before opening, gently tap green beans on the countertop to break up any large pieces. Cut open green beans and add to a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp olive oil for 4 servings), ¼ tsp salt (½ tsp salt for 4 servings) and freshly ground black pepper. Place pan in the Bottom Zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes

Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 20 mins

5)  Remove chicken from Suvie, leaving green beans in the bottom zone to keep warm. Place hoagie rolls open-faced in a Suvie pan. Spread half the marinara sauce over one side of each roll and top with a chicken cutlet. Spread remaining marinara sauce over the chicken and top with mozzarella cheese (for 4 servings you will need to transfer the green beans to a bowl and repeat process with the second Suvie pan). Return pan to Suvie. Confirm 4 minute broil time.

6) Check to see if the cheese is melted to your liking, broiling for another 1-2 minutes if necessary. Remove green beans and chicken parm subs from Suvie. Divide between plates and serve.
