Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages penne pasta
  • 1-2 packets vodka tomato cream sauce
  • 1-2 packages Italian sausage
  • 1-2 packages green beans
  • 1-2 packets mozzarella cheese

Directions

1) Set mozzarella cheese out on the counter to thaw, or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. Run vodka tomato cream sauce under warm water to thaw.

2) Before opening, tap penne pasta and Italian sausage on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open and place in a Suvie pan. Pour thawed tomato sauce over the pasta and sausage. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Before opening, tap green beans in the counter to break up any large pieces. Open and place in a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp ground black pepper). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Top Zone:  Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 40 minutes)

Sprinkle thawed mozzarella cheese over the pasta mixture and return pan to Suvie. Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

6) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide green beans and pasta between plates and serve.
