Meal Card: Madeira Mushroom Pork Filet

Our rich and decadent Madeira mushroom sauce is the ideal counterpart to lean pork tenderloin. Studded with mushrooms, this rustic wine sauce is deeply flavorful and satisfying. We serve the pork with roasted sweet potatoes and tender green beans for a vegetable-forward meal that’s bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packets madeira sauce
  • 1-2 packages pork tenderloin
  • 1-2 packages roasted sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 packages green beans

Directions

1) Place packet of madeira sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.

2) Open pork tenderloin and place in a Suvie pan. Pour thawed Madeira sauce over the pork. Place pork tenderloin in the Top Zone of Suvie.

3) Tap packages of sweet potatoes and green beans on the counter to break up any large pieces. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings (25 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 25 minutes  (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes)

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest 4 minutes. Season sweet potatoes and green beans with salt and pepper to taste. Divide between plates. 

6) Cut pork into medallions and divide between plates. Spoon Madeira sauce over each plate and serve.
