Ingredients
- 1 family-sized beef lasagna
- 2 packages broccoli
- 2 packets mozzarella cheese
Directions
1) Place packets of mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw, or in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Remove plastic from beef lasagna and place tray in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Open broccoli into a second Suvie pan. Season with 2 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 40 minutes
3) Remove beef lasagna from Suvie, leaving broccoli in the bottom zone to keep warm. Top lasagna with mozzarella cheese and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 7 minute broil time.
4) Season broccoli with salt and pepper to taste. Divide lasagna and broccoli between plates.
