Meal Card: Jerk Chicken Wings with Garlic Butter Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings (1-2 packages)
  • Jerk Seasoning (1-2 packets)
  • Roasted Potatoes (1-2 packages)
  • Garlic Butter (1-2 packets)

Directions

1) Set garlic butter on the counter to thaw or in the fridge if scheduling this meal. Cut open and distribute the chicken wings in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is underneath to catch any oil or crumbs. 

2) Before opening, gently tap potatoes on the counter to break up. Open into a second Suvie pan and season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes ( for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)

4) When the cook is complete, do not clear cook screen. Remove basket and pan from Suvie. Flip wings over and return to Suvie. Add garlic butter to potatoes and return to Suvie. Continue to cook for 5 minutes more. 

5) In a large bowl, stir together jerk seasoning and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp for 4 servings) olive oil until combined. Transfer chicken wings to the bowl, tossing to coat. Season potatoes to taste with salt and pepper. Divide potatoes and wings between plates. Serve hot.
