Ingredients
- 2 packages shredded chicken
- 1 package mac & cheese
- 2 packets buffalo sauce
- 2 packets crispy onions
Directions
1) Place packets of buffalo sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place packets of crispy onions on the counter to thaw.
2) Open shredded chicken into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed buffalo sauce over the chicken. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Remove plastic from mac and cheese. Place tray in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 35 minutes
Top Zone: Roast 350°F for 30 minutes
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir mac and cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates. Stir chicken and buffalo sauce together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon chicken over the mac and cheese and top with crispy onions.
