This creamy Cajun tortellini brings a New Orleans kick to a comforting pasta classic, featuring tender chicken, vibrant peppers and onions, and a rich, cheesy sauce. Effortless and delicious, it’s a perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will adore.
Meal Card: Creamy Cajun Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages diced chicken
- 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce
- 1-2 packages peppers & onions
- 1-2 packages tortellini
- 1-2 packets shredded mozzarella
- 1-2 packets cajun seasoning
Directions
1) Place packet of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place mozzarella on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place mozzarella in the fridge to thaw.
2) Open diced chicken and peppers & onions into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open tortellini into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the tortellini. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 12 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Combine chicken, peppers, onions, tortellini and sauce in one Suvie pan, stirring to incorporate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and return to the top zone of Suvie.
6) Broil for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove pan from Suvie, divide creamy tortellini between plates and serve.
