This luxurious dish pairs tender tri-tip steak with creamy potato puree, elevated by the earthy aroma of truffle zest. Finished with bright green peas, it’s an effortless yet elegant meal that brings gourmet flavor to your everyday dining.
Meal Card: Truffle Potatoes & Steak

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages tri-tip steak
- 1-2 packets truffle zest
- 1-2 packages potato puree
- 1-2 packages green peas
- 1-2 packets garlic herb butter
Directions
1) Place green peas on the counter to thaw, or in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2) Open tri-tip steak into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Before opening, gently tap potatoes on the counter to break up. Open potatoes into a Suvie pan. Add garlic herb butter, 1/2 cup milk or water, 1/2 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste (for 4 servings, use 1 cup milk or water, and 1 tsp salt). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast 325°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Flip steak over and return to Suvie. Stir potatoes and season to taste with salt. Sprinkle green peas over the potatoes and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 5 minute broil time for the potatoes and peas, and 2 minute broil time for Steak (note, for well-done steak broil for 3 minutes).
6) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer steak to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Remove peas and potatoes from Suvie. Sprinkle truffle zest over the potatoes, stir together, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
7) Divide potatoes and peas between plates. Cut steak across the grain into slices, divided between plates, and serve.
