Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
  • 1-2 packages penne pasta 
  • 1-2 packages peppers and onions
  • 1-2 packets Cajun seasoning
  • 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce

Directions

1) Place packet of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. 

2) Open shrimp and peppers and onions into a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp for 4 servings) and cajun seasoning. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open penne into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the pasta. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 5 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 10 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Pour off any water from pan with shrimp. Stir pasta and sauce together until cohesive, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates and top with cajun shrimp, peppers, and onions.
