Bottom Zone: Roast Mode at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 20 minutes for 4 people
Top Zone: Roast at 375°F for 15 minutes for 2 people, or 20 minutes for 4 people
Select YES from frozen when preparing a Rapid Cook Meal.
BBQ Fried Chicken Bowl
Ingredients
- 10 oz Breaded chicken
- 1 oz BBQ sauce
- 8 oz Southwest Corn and Black Bean Blend
- 1 oz Cheddar cheese
Directions
1) Place the wire roasting rack into the Suvie pan with the sauce. Open packages with the breaded chicken and pour onto the roasting rack in the Suvie pan.
2) Open the package with Southwest Corn and Black Bean Slend and place into the other Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).
3) Load the chicken in the top zone, and then load the corn and black beans in the bottom zone.
4) Using the track wheel, choose Cook Now. Alternatively, you can Store or Schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. Input the following settings (Make sure to select “Yes” when prompted for Cooking from Frozen):

5) After the cook is complete, check that the internal temperature of the chicken breasts are 165°F. Divide between cooked food between plates, and pour BBQ sauce over chicken and garnish with cheddar cheese.
