Ham, Cheese, and Red Pepper Baked Omelet

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese 
  • 10 oz ham steak, cut into ½” cubes
  • 1 (12 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped

Directions

1) In a large bowl, whisk 8 eggs and ½ tsp salt until smooth. Stir in shredded cheeses, ham, and red bell peppers. 

2) Spray a Suvie pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. → Hold the Tap to Scan tag to the logo on the appliance.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes 

Top Zone: None

3) Remove pan from Suvie. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Chef’s Tip: Pre-shredded cheeses have anticaking agents that can make for a gritty finish. We recommend shredding a block of cheese for the creamiest results.
