Loaded potato tots are next level game day food. Plush and crunchy potato tots are air fried to a crisp and then topped with a generous amount of cheese, bacon, scallions, and a tangy lime crema. We know some folks are team crunchy cheese, and some folks are team melty cheese. In this recipe we cater to both. The first layer of tots stays pullable and soft, while the tots on top are browned to a glistening, burnished finish.
