Meal Card: BBQ Chicken Bowl

This cookout special is sure to please. Each juicy chicken breast is coated in BBQ seasoning and then slathered with tangy BBQ sauce for flavor in every bite. We serve our ultra-flavorful chicken with a side of sweet potatoes and corn to deliver major summertime vibes.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • 1-2 packets BBQ sauce
  • 1-2 packets BBQ seasoning
  • 1-2 packages roasted sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 packages grilled corn

Directions

1) Place BBQ  sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.

2) Place chicken breasts on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season chicken breasts with BBQ seasoning and place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Gently tap sweet potatoes and grilled corn packages on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings (25 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer chicken to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Season sweet potatoes and corn with salt and pepper to taste, and then divide between plates.

6) Cut chicken into slices and divide between plates. Drizzle thawed BBQ sauce over each breast and then serve.
