Meal Card: Lemon Pepper Chicken

Delight in this classic meal featuring juicy chicken breasts coated with our punchy lemon pepper seasoning. Herby roast potatoes and tender green beans are the perfect accompaniment to the savory chicken. A drizzle of citrusy lemon herb sauce completes the dish.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • 1-2 packets lemon herb sauce
  • 1-2 packets lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1-2 packages roasted potatoes
  • 1-2 packages green beans

Directions

1) Place lemon herb sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.

2) Place chicken breasts on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Gently tap roasted potatoes and green bean packages on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings (25 minutes for 4 servings)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer chicken to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Season potatoes and green beans with salt and pepper to taste, and then divide between plates.

6) If desired, transfer lemon herb sauce to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until hot. Cut chicken into slices and divide between plates. Drizzle lemon herb sauce over each plate and then serve.
