Meal Card: BBQ Glazed Meatloaf

Nothing says all-American comfort like a succulent meatloaf with sides of green beans and mashed potatoes. Our juicy and flavorful meatloaf is made with ground beef, ground pork, herbs, and parmesan cheese, then finished with a sticky and savory BBQ glaze.

  • 1 – 2 packets BBQ Sauce 
  • 1 – 2 packages Meatloaf 
  • 1 – 2 packages Green Beans 
  • 1 – 2 packages Potato Purée


1) Run BBQ sauce under warm water to thaw. Place green beans in the refrigerator.

2) Cut open meatloaf package(s) and place on the Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Cut open thawed BBQ sauce and pour half evenly over the meatloaf. Place meatloaf in the Top Zone of Suvie.

3) Before opening, gently tap potatoes on the counter to break up. Open potatoes and pour into a Suvie pan. Add 2 tbsp (4 tbsp for 4 servings) butter, 2 tbsp (¼ cup or 4 servings) milk or water, 1 tsp (2 tsp or 4 servings) salt, and freshly ground pepper. Place potatoes in the Bottom Zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 35 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 45 minutes

5) Remove pan with mashed potatoes and stir together to combine with milk and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

6) Push the mashed potatoes over to one side of the pan so there is room for the green beans. Add green beans to the pan and season with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp for 4 servings) olive oil and ¼ tsp (½ tsp for 4 servings) salt and pepper. Return pan to Suvie and broil for 10 minutes until green beans are cooked.

7) Remove pans from Suvie. Carefully cut meatloaf into slices. Divide meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans between plates. Garnish with the remaining BBQ sauce.
