Meal Card: Beef & Broccoli

This classic Beef & Broccoli meal is the perfect weeknight winner, combining tender strips of beef and crisp broccoli florets with a rich, savory stir-fry sauce. Effortlessly cooked to perfection in the Suvie, this dish delivers takeout flavor right to your kitchen table. Served over fluffy white rice and finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, it’s a satisfying, family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages sliced seasoned beef 
  • 1-2 packages broccoli 
  • 1-2 packages stir fry sauce
  • 1-2 packets sesame seeds 
  • 1-2 packages white rice

Directions

1) Place packet of stir fry sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place sesame seeds on the counter to thaw. 

2) Open sliced seasoned beef and broccoli into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour stir fry sauce over the beef. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open white rice into a Suvie pan. Season generously with oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 300°F for 8 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 12 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir beef and broccoli together to coat in sauce, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Fluff rice with a fork. 

5) Divide rice between bowls. Spoon beef and broccoli over the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
