Ingredients
- 8 Large Eggs (not included in your order)Â
- 1 package Roasted Potatoes
- 1 package Peppers & Onions
- 8 packets Hot Sauce
- 1 package Italian Sausage
- 2 packages Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1) Place packets of hot sauce on the counter to thaw. Add roasted potatoes, peppers & onions, Italian sausage, and 1 tbsp olive oil to a Suvie pan, stirring until well distributed.
2) Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 400°F for 15 minutesÂ
Top Zone: None
3) While the vegetable mixture roasts, in a large bowl, whisk together 8 eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
4) Once the cook has finished, do not clear cook screen. Remove pan from Suvie. Stir cheddar cheese into the vegetable mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetable mixture, stir, and return pan to Suvie. Select “+ More Cook Time” and set time to 15 minutes.
5) Remove pan from Suvie. Cut casserole into pieces and serve with hot sauce.
