Meal Card: Broccoli Cheddar Soup with Shredded BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages broccoli cheddar soup
- 1-2 packages shredded beef
- 1-2 packets BBQ sauce
- 2-4 brioche buns
Directions
1) Place soup container in the refrigerator to thaw completely or heat in the microwave at 30% power for 3 minutes.
2) Run BBQ sauce under warm water to thaw. Place brioche buns on the counter to thaw or on top of Suvie to warm.
3) Remove shredded beef from packaging and place in a Suvie pan. Open BBQ sauce and pour over the beef. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. For 4 servings, repeat with a second Suvie pan and place in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes
5) Once soup has thawed, remove lid and plastic seal from container. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes, or until hot, stirring halfway through heating.
6) Remove beef from Suvie. Shred meat with two forks and stir together with the BBQ sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
7) Divide BBQ beef between brioche buns. Ladle soup into bowls and serve alongside sandwiches.
