Meal Card: Cacio e Pepe Cavatappi with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages cavatappi pasta
- 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce
- 1-2 packages asparagus
- 1-2 packages mozzarella cheese
Directions
1) Place packet of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place mozzarella cheese on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place cheese in the fridge to thaw.
2) Gently tap packages of cavatappi pasta and asparagus on the counter to break up. Open cavatappi into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the pasta. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open asparagus into a second Suvie pan. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over the asparagus (use 2 tbsp if preparing 4 servings), and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 10 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 15 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 24 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 34 minutes)
4) Remove pasta from Suvie, leaving asparagus in Suvie to keep warm. Stir cavatappi into sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella over the pasta and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 5-7 minute broil time.
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Season asparagus to taste with salt and pepper. Divide pasta and asparagus between plates.
