Indulge in cold weather comfort with our latest Italian meal. Pillowy pumpkin gnocchi are roasted in creamy cacio e pepe sauce studded with juicy pieces of Italian sausage. Served with a side of tender green beans, this satisfying meal will keep you cozy throughout the season.
Meal Card: Creamy Pumpkin Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1-2 packets cacio e pepe sauce
- 1-2 packages pumpkin gnocchi
- 1-2 packages Italian sausage
- 1-2 packages green beans
Directions
1) Place packet of cacio e pepe sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw.
2) Gently tap packages of pumpkin gnocchi and Italian sausage on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed cacio e pepe sauce over the gnocchi and sausage. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open green beans into a second Suvie pan and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil (use 2 tbsp if preparing 4 servings). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 24 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 34 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Stir gnocchi, sausage, and sauce together until cohesive. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Season green beans to taste with salt and pepper. Divide pasta and green beans between plates and serve.
