A drizzle of cooling ranch dressing ties everything together. Greens not included; we recommend chopped romaine or mesclun mix.
Meal Card: Chopped Salad with Roasted Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2-4 breasts Chicken
- 1-2 packets Garlic Croutons
- 1-2 packets Ranch Dressing
- 1-2 packages Diced Avocado
- 1 strip – 2 strips Brown Sugar Bacon
- 6-12 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce (not included with order)
Directions
1) Place the ranch dressing, croutons, avocado and bacon on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place the avocado in the refrigerator to thaw.
2) Open chicken breasts and place on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. If cooking 4 servings, open second package of chicken breasts and place on a second Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a second Suvie pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
4) Meanwhile, remove bacon strip from packaging. If desired, place on a heatproof plate and microwave for 15 seconds until heated through. Roughly chop bacon and set aside.
5) When the cook is complete, remove chicken from Suvie and set aside on a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. After resting, cut into strips or chunks.
6) Divide chopped romaine between plates or bowls. Divide avocado, bacon, croutons, and chicken between each serving.
7) Drizzle ranch dressing over each serving. Stir and toss salads to coat evenly in dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
