Meal Card: Cilantro Lime Crema Beef Tacos

Our creamy cilantro lime crema is the star of the show in this delicious, family-friendly meal. Tender shredded beef is roasted alongside sweet corn, red bell peppers, and earthy black beans until perfectly cooked. We fold the beef and vegetables into soft, warm tortillas and then drizzle with cool, citrusy crema sauce just before serving.
