Meal Card: Clam Chowder and Caesar Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages New England Clam Chowder
- 1-2 packets Caesar dressing
- 1-2 packages broccoli
- 1-2 bacon strips
- 2-4 pieces cornbread
Directions
1) Place cornbread, bacon, and caesar dressing on the counter to thaw. If desired, place cornbread on top of Suvie to warm. Place soup container in the refrigerator to thaw completely or heat in the microwave at 30% power for 3 minutes to thaw.
2) Before opening, tap package of broccoli on the counter to break up any large pieces. Place broccoli in a Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. For 4 servings, repeat with a second Suvie pan and place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 10 minutes
4) Once soup has thawed, remove lid and plastic seal from container. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 5-6 minutes, or until hot, stirring halfway through heating.
5) Meanwhile, remove bacon strip from packaging. If desired, place on a heatproof plate and microwave for 15 seconds until heated through. Roughly chop bacon and set aside.
6) Remove broccoli from Suvie and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and then divide between plates.
7) Divide clam chowder between bowls, sprinkle with chopped bacon, and serve with broccoli and corn bread.
