Calling all heat seekers, this meal is for you! Tender pieces of diced chicken are roasted with our creamy sriracha sauce and finished with our Thai hot & sweet sauce for an extra punch of flavor. We serve the fiery chicken over rice and broccoli for soaking up all the delicious sauce.
Meal Card: Fire Cracker Chicken

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages diced chicken
- 1-2 packets creamy sriracha sauce
- 1-2 packages jasmine rice
- 1-2 packages broccoli florets
- 1-2 packets Thai hot & sweet sauce
Directions
1) Cut open diced chicken and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
2) Set Thai hot & sweet sauce and creamy sriracha sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw or in the fridge if scheduling this meal.
3) Before opening, tap white rice and broccoli packages against the countertop to break up any large pieces. Open white rice and broccoli packages and add to a separate Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp), 1/2 tsp (for 4 servings, use 1 tsp) salt and freshly ground pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (Roast for 20 minutes for 4 servings)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 18 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
5) After cooking, remove pans from Suvie. Drizzle Thai hot & sweet sauce over the chicken, stir to incorporate, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide broccoli and rice between bowls and top with chicken. Drizzle with creamy sriracha sauce before serving.
