Our classic gnocchi bolognese is a trattoria favorite. Tender potato dumplings are roasted in rich tomato beef sauce, infusing the gnocchi with flavor in every bite. To finish, we shower the gnocchi bolognese with nutty parmesan cheese and serve with a side of tender green asparagus.
