Meal Card: Shrimp Caesar with Avocado & Tomatoes

Savor the simplicity of a grilled shrimp Caesar salad, where succulent, perfectly cooked shrimp elevate a classic. Each bite offers a delicious harmony of smoky flavors, crunchy garlic croutons, creamy avocado and crisp greens, all brought together with a creamy, tangy Caesar dressing. Greens not included; we recommend chopped romaine lettuce or greens of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
  • 1-2 packages avocado
  • 1-2 packages roasted tomatoes 
  • 2-4 packets caesar dressing
  • 2-4 packets garlic croutons
  • 6-12 cups chopped romaine lettuce (not included in order)

Directions

1) Place the caesar dressing, croutons, and avocado on the counter to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place avocado in the fridge to thaw. 

2) Cut open package with grilled shrimp and place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open roasted tomatoes and add to a second Suvie pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)

Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 10 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 15 minutes)

5) After the cook, remove pans from Suvie. Divide salad greens between plates or bowls. Drizzle each serving with caesar dressing to taste. Divide shrimp, croutons, avocado, and tomatoes between the two plates. Toss and stir each salad until well coated with dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

6) Drizzle each plate with additional caesar dressing if desired. Serve.
