Meal Card: Grilled Steak Tacos with Cilantro Lime Crema

Juicy chunks of tender grilled steak are nestled between warm flour tortillas in this delicious and easy meal. We add aromatic peppers and onions to the mix, which perfectly balance the savory beef. Each taco is drizzled with tangy and creamy cilantro lime crema for a pop of bright flavor just before serving with a side of sweet corn.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages grilled steak bites
  • 1-2 packages tortillas
  • 1-2 packet cilantro lime crema 
  • 1-2 packages peppers & onions
  • 1-2 packages grilled corn

Directions

1) Place packet of cilantro lime crema in a bowl of hot water to thaw, or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Wrap tortillas in foil and set aside. 

2) Open grilled steak bites into a Suvie pan followed by the peppers and onions. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open grilled corn into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Place foil-wrapped tortillas in Suvie and confirm 5 minute broil time. Transfer steak to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. 

6) Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Season steak, peppers, onions, and corn to taste with salt and pepper. Divide tortillas between plates and fill with peppers, onion, and steak bites. Drizzle with cilantro lime crema and serve.
