Enjoy a twist on classic chicken wings with our delicious Korean BBQ wings, slathered with umami-rich bulgogi sauce featuring a blend of soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic. The finished wings are the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
Meal Card: Korean BBQ Wings
Ingredients
- 1-2 packages Chicken Wings
- 1-2 packages Crinkle Cut Fries
- 1-2 packets Bulgogi Sauce
- 1-2 packets Sesame Seeds
Directions
1) Run Bulgogi sauce under warm water to thaw (place the sauce in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal).
2) Cut open and distribute the chicken wings in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is underneath to catch an oil or crumbs.
3) Cut open and distribute the french fries in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the bottom zone, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is underneath to catch an oil or crumbs.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)
Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)
5) When the cook is complete, carefully remove baskets from Suvie.
6) Gently shake the baskets to redistribute the wings and fries. (Return to Suvie to continue cooking for 5 more minutes if crisper results are desired.)
7) After the cook, add the wings and Bulgogi sauce to a bowl. Toss to coat the wings evenly in the sauce.To heat the wings again, place in a Suvie pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
8) Divide the chicken wings and fries between plates. Garnish wings with sesame seeds and serve.
