Meal Card: Bulgogi Beef Bowl

Order our delicious bulgogi beef bowl and skip the takeout this week. Tender shredded beef is roasted with our sweet and savory bulgogi sauce and served with fluffy white rice and sweet green peas.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packets Bulgogi Sauce
  • 1-2 packages Shredded Beef 
  • 1-2 packages Green Peas
  • 1-2 packages White Rice

Directions

1) Place bulgogi sauce in a bowl of hot water for 2-3 minutes to thaw. 

2) Open shredded beef and place in a Suvie pan. Cut open bulgogi sauce and pour on top of the beef. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Gently tap white rice and green peas packages against the counter to break up any large pieces. Pour into a second Suvie pan and season with 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and ¼ tsp salt (for 4 servings, season with 4 tbsp water, 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 39 mins)

5) After cooking, remove beef from Suvie, leaving white rice pan in Suvie to keep warm. Use two forks to separate the beef and stir into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Return pan to Suvie.

6) Confirm 10 minute broil time for the beef, and cook.

7) After the broil, remove both pans from Suvie. Fluff the white rice and peas with a fork and season to taste. Divide rice and peas between plates and top with the beef.
