We’re adding some Polynesian flair to the dinner table with this decadent meal featuring juicy roast pork chops slathered with sweet and sticky teriyaki sauce. Verdant broccoli and toothsome white rice are the ideal foil for the meaty pork, while a side of juicy pineapple salsa adds a pop of freshness that will have you dreaming of a tropical island.
Meal Card: Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages pork chops
- 1-2 packets pineapple salsa
- 1-2 packages white rice
- 1-2 packages broccoli
- 2-4 packets teriyaki sauce
Directions
1) Place packets of teriyaki sauce and pineapple salsa in a bowl of hot water to thaw or in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2) Place pork chops on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Before opening, tap white rice on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a Suvie pan with the broccoli, seasoning generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 25 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 30 minutes)
5) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer pork chops to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Season rice and broccoli to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates with pineapple salsa and pork chops, drizzling each chop with teriyaki sauce.
