Horseradish is a traditional ingredient in Scandinavian cuisine, and we can’t get enough of this creamy, punchy sauce drizzled over flaky salmon filets. Roasted broccoli and roasted potatoes are the perfect sides for the dish, and are the ideal vehicle for soaking up any extra sauce.

- 1-2 packets Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 2-4 salmon filets
- 1-2 packages Roasted Potatoes

Season with 1 tbsp olive oil (2 tbsp or 4 servings), 1/2 tsp (1 tsp or 4 servings) salt and freshly ground pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

The printed card for this shows the salmon going into what appears to be an airfryer rack. This MAY be an old style roaster rack. Please update the pictures in your cards. It appears the roaster rack version has been removed here.
Hi Scott, you are correct, that is the old Suvie roasting rack. The meal cards have been updated and new cards will be shipping with meals soon. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
What are the nutritional facts of the potatoes and sauce? The individual nutrition facts are on the salmon and broccoli but missing from the potatoes and sauce. The meal as a whole is too many calories for my liking so if I forgo the sauce I want to know where I’d be at. The potatoes are precooked then frozen so it would be helpful to know the macronutrients on that as well.
