Combining fluffy, golden-brown biscuits, perfectly seasoned pork sausage patties, a layer of melted cheddar cheese, and fluffy eggs, this sandwich is pure morning bliss. Ingredients

  • 2 packages buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 1 package cheddar cheese
  • 1 package pork sausage patties 
  • 4 packets hot sauce 
  • 4 eggs (not included in your order)

Directions

1) Set cheddar cheese on the counter to thaw or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. 

2) Line 2 Suvie pans with parchment paper. Divide 2 buttermilk biscuits and 2 sausage patties between the two pans. Place pans in Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule, be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes 

Top Zone: Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes 

3) Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and ½ tsp salt until smooth. 

4) Remove pans from Suvie. Transfer sausages and biscuits to a plate. Remove parchment paper from one pan and grease with cooking spray. Pour eggs into the prepared pan and top with cheese.

5) Return pan to Suvie and broil for 8 minutes until eggs are set (if needed, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes if eggs are not set).

6) Remove pan from Suvie. Cut eggs into 4 squares. Split biscuits in half. Divide egg squares and sausage patties between the biscuits. Top with hot sauce if desired. Serve.
