Bold spices, tender chicken, and a drizzle of bright, creamy lemon tahini — our Spiced Chicken Shawarma Bowl is a flavor-packed dinner that’s anything but ordinary. Warmly spiced chicken shawarma is served over a vibrant Mediterranean grain and vegetable blend with roasted broccoli, all finished with a tangy lemon tahini sauce that ties everything together.

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages chicken shawarma
- 1-2 packets lemon tahini sauce
- 1-2 packages Mediterranean grain & vegetable blend
- 1-2 packages broccoli
Directions
1) Place packets of lemon tahini sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place sauce in the fridge to thaw.
2) Open chicken shawarma into a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Open Mediterranean grain and vegetable blend into a Suvie pan with the broccoli. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes
5) Remove chicken from Suvie, leaving the vegetables in the bottom zone to keep warm. Shred chicken with forks and return pan to Suvie. Confirm 7 minute broil time.
6) Remove pans from Suvie. Season vegetables to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between bowls with chicken. Drizzle lemon tahini sauce over each serving.
