Meal Card: Sweet Chili Glazed Shrimp

Enjoy our Thai-inspired dish brimming with multifaceted flavor. Smoky grilled shrimp are glazed in Thai hot & sweet sauce and served over tender white rice punctuated with edamame. For an irresistible crunch we sprinkle the finished dish with crispy fried onions.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages grilled shrimp
  • 1-2 packages Thai hot & sweet sauce 
  • 1-2 packages white rice
  • 1-2 packages edamame
  • 1-2 packets crispy fried onions

Directions

1) Place packet of Thai hot & sweet sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place crispy onions on the counter to thaw. 

2) Open grilled shrimp into a Suvie pan. Place in the top zone of Suvie.

3) Open rice and edamame into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 10 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 15 mins)

Top Zone: Roast at 300°F for 5 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 10 minutes) 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Fluff rice with a fork and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between plates. Divide shrimp on top of rice. Drizzle each serving with Thai hot & sweet sauce and crispy fried onions.
