Top Zone: Roast at 400°F for 10 minutes for 2 servings, 20 minutes for 4 servings

Miso Ginger Grain Bowl

Ingredients
- 10 oz sweet potatoes
- 8 oz quinoa & vegetable blend
- 5 oz kale
- 2 x 1.8 oz miso ginger sauce
Directions
1) Remove miso ginger sauce from freezer and allow to thaw during cook.
2 ) Open sweet potatoes and add to a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).

3) Open quinoa & vegetable blend and add to a Suvie pan. Open kale and add on top of quinoa. Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp salt).

4) Load sweet potatoes into the top zone of Suvie and quinoa and kale into the bottom zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).
