Meal Card: Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages Ricotta Stuffed Shells 
  • 1-2 packages Broccoli
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1A) For 2-servings

Remove plastic from stuffed shells dish and place in a Suvie pan. Place stuffed shells in Top Zone of Suvie.

Open broccoli and add to a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. Place broccoli in Bottom Zone of Suvie. 

1B) For 4-servings

For 4-servings, open broccoli into a bowl. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove the plastic from stuffed shells and place to one side of a Suvie pan and evenly distribute broccoli on the other side. Repeat with second ravioli and remainder of broccoli. Place both pans in Suvie.

2) Input settings and set to cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings, 350°F for 30 minutes for 4

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes for 2 and 4 servings

3) When the cook is complete divide stuffed shells and broccoli between plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

If I’m cooking 4 servings, instead of 2, what should the cook settings be?

Hi Hilary, for 4 servings, set both pans to roast at 350°F for 30 minutes.
