Teriyaki Steak & Vegetable Kebabs

Slathered in sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, these sirloin steak tip kebabs make for a delicious dinner. A combination of red onion, bell pepper, and zucchini add color and texture to this tasty dish. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking. 

Teriyaki Steak & Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1″ wedges
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces 
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into ½” thick slices
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce, divided
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

1) Transfer steak tips to a bowl with 1/2 the teriyaki sauce to marinate while preparing the kebabs. 

2) Thread vegetables onto skewers in an alternating pattern. Brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and ground black pepper. Place in a Suvie air fry basket and place basket in the bottom zone of Suvie with the sheet pan in place under the vegetables to catch any drips.

3) Thread steak onto skewers. Place in a second air fry basket. Place in a Suvie air fry basket and place basket in the top zone of Suvie with the sheet pan in place under the vegetables to catch any drips.

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Flipping vegetable and steak skewers halfway through cooking. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 22 minutes

Top Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 14 minutes 

5)  Remove baskets from Suvie. Brush beef with remaining teriyaki sauce. Remove vegetables and steak from skewers. Divide between plates, and serve.
