Meal Card: Country Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages panko crusted chicken
- 1-2 packages potato puree
- 1-2 packets onion bacon gravy
- 1-2 packets green peas
Directions
1) Place gravy in a bowl of warm water to thaw, or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal. Place green peas on the counter to thaw, or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2A) To Air Fry with Suvie 3.0+: Gently tap package of chicken against the countertop to break up any clumps. Cut open chicken and arrange in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone of Suvie, ensuring the Suvie sheet pan is in place underneath the air basket to catch any oil or crumbs.
2B) To Roast with any Suvie model: Gently tap package of chicken against the countertop to break up any clumps. Cut open chicken and arrange on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing down) set within a Suvie pan, in an even layer in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Before opening, gently tap potatoes on the counter to break up. Open potatoes and pour into a Suvie pan. Add 2 tbsp butter, ½ cup milk or water, 1/2 tsp salt, and freshly ground pepper (for 4 servings, use 4 tbsp butter, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste). Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
Top Zone Air Fry: Air Fry at 375°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)
Top Zone Roast: Roast 375°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes)
5) After cooking, remove pans from Suvie. Flip chicken over and return pan to the top zone. Add defrosted peas to the pan with the potatoes, either on top of the potatoes, or push potatoes to one side of the pan and add the peas. Confirm 4 minute broil for chicken and 7 minute broil for peas and potatoes.
6) Transfer gravy to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments until hot. Remove pans from Suvie. Stir potatoes together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
7) Divide mashed potatoes, chicken, and peas between plates. Drizzle with gravy just before serving.
