Meal Card: Vodka Cream Ravioli

Tender cheese ravioli are roasted in luxurious vodka tomato cream sauce studded with juicy chunks of Italian sausage. Served with a side of broccoli and topped with nutty parmesan, this dish will add a unique twist to your weekly lineup.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages cheese ravioli
  • 1-2 packets vodka tomato cream sauce
  • 1-2 packages Italian sausage
  • 1-2 packages broccoli
  • 1-2 packages shredded parmesan

Directions

1) Place packet of vodka tomato cream sauce in a bowl of hot water to thaw. Place shredded parm on the counter to thaw, or in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.

2) Open cheese ravioli into a Suvie pan followed by the Italian sausage. Pour thawed tomato sauce over the ravioli and sausage. Place pan in the top zone of Suvie. 

3) Open broccoli into a Suvie pan. Season generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 minutes) 

Top Zone: Roast at 315°F for 25 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 35 minutes) 

4) Remove pan from Suvie. Stir pasta and sauce together, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Divide ravioli and broccoli between plates and garnish pasta with parmesan cheese.
