Satay is the national dish of Indonesia, and it’s easy to see why. Juicy pieces of meat are marinated and grilled until lightly charred, yet juicy inside. A creamy, spicy peanut sauce serves as the perfect accompaniment for dipping and dunking. We air fry our chicken satay for even cooking with a touch of char. Don’t worry if you have trouble cutting the chicken into perfect strips. Any small pieces that come off the thigh can be threaded onto the skewers.
