Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
1) In a medium bowl with a fork, combine brown sugar, salt, parsley, sage, thyme, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2) Add ½ of total mix to 1 lb ground pork and cook as desired or store in an airtight container and keep in a dry, dark location.
