We love jerk seasoning for the sweet and spicy kick it lends to meat and vegetables. While other delicate fish would be overwhelmed by this type of seasoning, hearty salmon can hold its own. Paired with fluffy jasmine rice and a squeeze of lime, this meal is ideal for when you want a flavor packed meal fast.

Note: To make your own jerk seasoning at home, combine 2 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp allspice, ½ tsp ground black pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp dried mustard powder, ½ tsp dried thyme, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, and ½ tsp kosher salt.
