Loaded Potato Tots with Shredded Pork and Pepperjack Cheese

Level up your next game day feast with our loaded potato tots. Plush and crunchy potato tots are air fried to a crisp and then topped with a generous amount of shredded pork, pepperjack cheese, and tangy cilantro lime crema.

Loaded Potato Tots with Shredded Pork and Pepperjack Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 package pepperjack cheese
  • 1 package shredded pork
  • 1 packet cilantro lime crema
  • 2 packages potato tots 

Directions

1) Set pepper jack cheese out on the counter to thaw or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Place cilantro lime crema in a bowl of hot water to thaw. 

2) Cut open the potato tots and divide between two Suvie air fry baskets. Place one basket in the top zone of Suvie, ensuring the sheet pan is in place underneath to catch any crumbs. 

3) Open the shredded pork and place in a Suvie pan. Place second air fry basket with potato tots on top of the Suvie pan with pork. Place pan and basket together in the bottom zone of Suvie. 

4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes 

Top Zone: Air Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes 

5) After the cook, remove pan and baskets from Suvie. Use two forks to finely shred the pork and then stir pepperjack cheese into the pork until melted (if desired, return pork and pepperjack cheese to Suvie and continue to cook for 5 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

6) Transfer potato tots to a serving platter and top with cheesy shredded pork. Drizzle loaded tots with cilantro lime crema and serve.
