Meal Card: Lobster Ravioli with Vodka Cream Sauce and Green Beans

Treat yourself to this decadent pasta dish of tender ravioli filled with briny lobster, ricotta, and asiago cheese coated in a rich, buttery vodka cream sauce. Served with a side of crisp green beans, this is decadent meal is one the whole family will love.

Lobster Ravioli with Vodka Cream Sauce and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • Lobster Ravioli (1 package – 2 packages)
  • Green Beans (1 package – 2 packages)

Directions

For 2-Servings 

1) Remove plastic from ravioli dish and place in a Suvie pan. Open green beans and add to a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. 

For 4-servings

1) For 4-servings, open green beans into a bowl. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove the plastic from raviolis and place each in the middle of a Suvie pan and evenly distribute green beans around the outside. Repeat with second ravioli and remainder of green beans.

3) For 2-servings, load ravioli into the top zone of Suvie and green beans into the bottom zone. For 4-servings, load identical pans into each zone. Input settings and cook now. Alternatively, you can store or schedule the meal in the Suvie, but note you will need to select Cook Now to begin cooking your stored or scheduled meal. (please be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen).

Suvie Cook Settings

For 2-Servings: 

Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes

For 4-Servings: 

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes

4) When cook is complete, divide raviolis and green beans between plates and season to taste with salt and pepper.

No scan code…again. QR code only take you to the recipe….which is in the CARD with the QR code. Took forever to figure out the category manually. Boo!!! 3 card this week. So much for the throw and go ease.it made me late for work

Hi Richard, thank you for the feedback. All of the Suvie Meal settings are also saved on the appliance under “Suvie Meals”. You can find this recipe under the “Rapid Cook” meals.

My first Suvie meal and the tag isn’t found and the code for the meal isn’t recognized. And the manual cook keeps changing my times when I confirm. So much for this being simple.

Hi Johnathan, sorry the card wasn’t scanning. When you manually enter the cook settings and input “From Frozen”, Suvie will add additional defrost time, so that’s why the cook settings change. If you have additional issues please reach out to Help@Suvie.com
