Meal Card: Baja Fish Tacos with Cilantro Lime Crema

Suvie’s Baja fish tacos are a delicious combination of crispy fish tenders, black beans, red bell peppers, and charred corn all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla, and drizzled with fresh cilantro lime crema. The contrasting flavors and textures will transport you to the beach no matter where you are.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 packets cilantro lime crema
  • 1-2 packages crispy fish tenders
  • 1-2 packages flour tortillas
  • 1-2 packages SW vegetable blend

Directions

1) Place cilantro lime crema in a bowl of warm water to thaw, or place in the refrigerator to thaw if scheduling this meal. Set tortillas on top of Suvie to warm. 

2) Cut open and distribute the fish tenders in an even layer in a Suvie air fry basket. Place basket in the top zone of Suvie with a Suvie sheet pan underneath to catch any oil or crumbs.

3) Gently tap the package of SW vegetable blend against the counter to break up, then open and pour into a second Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp pepper). Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “From Frozen.”

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 15 mins (for 4 servings, Roast for 20 mins)

Top Zone: Air Fry at 375°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Air Fry for 20 mins)

4) Leaving the SW vegetable blend in Suvie, flip fish over and continue to cook for 5 minutes more. 

5) Remove pans from Suvie. Divide tortillas between plates and fill with vegetables and fish. Top with cilantro lime crema and serve.
