Our hearty beef and bean chili will warm you up no matter the weather. It’s packed with red kidney beans, tender cannellinis, savory ground beef, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and an array of spices. Finished with zippy pepper jack cheese and served with sweet, crumbly corn bread, this meal is sure to satisfy.
Meal Card: Beef Chili & Pepper Jack Cheese with Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages beef chili
- 1-2 packets pepper jack cheese
- 2-4 pieces cornbread
Directions
1) Place corn bread on the counter to thaw, or on top of Suvie to warm. Place pepper jack cheese on the counter to thaw or place in the fridge to thaw if scheduling this meal.
2) Cut open and remove chili from packaging. Place in a Suvie pan. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. If preparing 4 servings, repeat with second package of beef chili. Place second pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes
4) Remove pans from Suvie. Ladle chili into bowls and top with pepper jack cheese. Serve with cornbread on the side.
Chef’s Tip: for a pop of freshness, garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and a squeeze of fresh lime just before serving.
