Take a trip to Louisiana with our newest chicken Cajun bowl. Juicy on the inside, each chicken breast is coated with Cajun herbs and spices. Served with cheesy roasted potatoes, onions and peppers, this dish is one you won’t want to miss.
Meal Card: Chicken Cajun Bowl with Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1-2 packages roasted potatoes
- 1-2 packages pepper jack cheese
- 1-2 packets cajun seasoning
- 1-2 packages peppers & onions
Directions
1) Place pepper jack cheese on the counter to thaw or in the refrigerator if scheduling this meal.
2) Place chicken breasts on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Tap packages of roasted potatoes, peppers, and onions on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open into a second Suvie pan and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes for 2 servings (25 minutes for 4 servings)
Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 27 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 37 minutes)
5) Transfer chicken to a cutting board to rest for 4 minutes. Sprinkle pepper jack cheese over the peppers, onions, and potatoes. Return pan to Suvie and confirm 5 minute broil time.
6) Cut chicken into slices. Divide cheesy potatoes, peppers, and onions between plates. Top with chicken and serve.
