Enjoy perfectly roasted salmon filets seasoned with our warm and comforting curry powder in our Turmeric Salmon meal. Served with a side of tender cauliflower rice simmered in savory spinach saag sauce, this low-carb meal packs a nutritious punch that’s filled with flavor.
Meal Card: Turmeric Salmon with Curried Spinach and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1-2 packages saag spinach sauce
- 1-2 packets curry powder
- 2-4 salmon filets
- 1-2 packages cauliflower rice
Directions
1) Place package of saag sauce in a bowl of warm water to thaw. If scheduling this meal, place in the refrigerator to thaw.
2) Open salmon and place on a Suvie roasting rack (handles facing up) set within a Suvie pan. Season with 1 tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp curry spice (for 4 servings, season with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp curry spice). Place pan in the top zone of Suvie.
3) Tap cauliflower rice on the counter to break up any large pieces. Open package into a Suvie pan. Pour thawed saag sauce over the cauliflower. Place in the bottom zone of Suvie.
4) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen.
Suvie Cook Settings
Bottom Zone: Roast at 325°F for 15 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
Top Zone: Roast at 325°F for 18 minutes (for 4 servings, Roast for 25 minutes)
5) After cooking, remove pans from Suvie. Transfer salmon to a cutting board and let rest for 4 minutes. Stir cauliflower and saag sauce together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide vegetables and salmon between plates.
