Meal Card: Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese with Green Beans

This Suvie Kid’s Meal is a classic dish that will have everyone coming back for seconds. Tender elbow macaroni is coated in creamy, rich cheddar cheese sauce and served with a side of crisp green beans for a pop of color and added nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 trays Cheddar Mar & Cheese 
  • 1 – 2 packages Green Beans

Directions

1) In a medium bowl, stir together green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper. 

2) Remove plastic from cheddar mac & cheese trays and place in a Suvie pan. For 2 servings, evenly distribute green beans next to the trays of mac & cheese. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. For 4 servings, divide green beans between the two pans. Place identical pans in Suvie.

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 2 servings, None)

4) When the cook is complete, remove pan from Suvie. Divide mac & cheese and green beans between plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
