Meal Card: Mini Cheese Ravioli with Green Beans 

Have picky eaters at home? These mini ravioli will please the toughest and tiniest of critics. Tender ravioli are filled with creamy ricotta, romano, and parmesan cheese, served in a tangy marinara sauce. A side of crisp green beans adds a boost of nutrition that parents will approve of.

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 trays Mini Cheese Ravioli 
  • 1 – 2 packages Green Beans

Directions

1) In a medium bowl, stir together green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and freshly ground black pepper. 

2) Remove plastic from mini cheese ravioli trays and place in a Suvie pan. Evenly distribute green beans next to the trays of mini cheese ravioli. Place pan in the bottom zone of Suvie. For 4 servings, repeat with remaining tray. Place identical pans in Suvie. 

3) Input settings and cook now or schedule. Be sure to select “Yes” when asked if cooking from frozen. 

Suvie Cook Settings

Bottom Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes 

Top Zone: Roast at 350°F for 30 minutes (for 2 servings, None)

4) When the cook is complete, remove pan from Suvie. Divide mini cheese ravioli and green beans between plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
